INFORMATION NEEDED TO PLACE AN ORDER ·Business Name, Business Owner's Name, Address, and Phone Number ·OHIO TAX EXEMPT CUSTOMERS: If you are not required to pay sales tax because you have a Tax Exempt status and you are purchasing product for resale, please fax us your State Tax Resale Number, Federal Tax ID, Business License or Tax Exemption Number certificate to (800) 422-6445 before Noon the following day. We must assess tax if we do not have your Tax Exempt certificate on hand. Once we receive your certificate all orders will be processed without tax. HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER ·All orders must be paid with a credit card (We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). Please give the Credit Card Number, Expiration, 3-Digit (4-Digit for AMEX) Security Code from the back of the card, Full Credit Card Billing Address. SHIPPING SERVICES AVAILABLE ·Primarily United Parcel Service (UPS) ·Rush Order Service available. Insurance is .35 cents per $100 of product and will be added to the shipping total. Oversized boxes will result in higher freight charges. Refused orders will be assessed A 20% restocking fee & all shipping fees apply. *UPS Next Day Air®, Next Day Early AM®, UPS Next Day Saturday®, UPS 2nd Day Air®, and UPS 3rd Day Select® are available at an additional charge. UPS does not guarantee these deliveries . If not delivered on time, The Balloon Room will credit you for the special delivery cost of freight only. Please Note: Some products are irregular size and may incur addtional shipping charges because the use of oversized boxes necessary for shipping. SHIP TO ADDRESS ·A $3.00 handling fee will be assessed for all blind drop ships ·All packages are shipped to the business address as shown on account, unless otherwise requested. Please give the card number, name, zip code, and expiration date as it appears on the card. ·Declined Credit Cards will be assessed a $5.00 processing fee, per decline . A declined credit card may result in the order not shipping that day. MINIMUMS No Minimum Required ·2" - 20" Foil Balloons are sold in increments of five. Shapes, Jumbos, & Airwalkers® are sold individually. 2" - 14" Foil Balloons ·Order in increments/multiples of (5) five. ·All 2" - 14" will ship flat unless otherwise requested by customer. ·2" - 14" flat foil balloons are not self sealing, and require the use of a air inflator to inflate and a heat sealer to seal. Cups and sticks are sold separately. ·2" - 14" Air filled foil balloons ordered pre-inflated, arrive air filled, with cups and sticks unattached. Internet & Catalog Prices and Product Availability ·Prices listed in the catalog and on the Internet are in effect at the time it was uploaded, however, are subject to change without prior notice. ·The manufacturer may discontinue Items and licensed balloons may expire. The Balloon Room continually replaces balloons with the most up-to-date and popular balloons. Therefore, items on the Internet may become unavailable. At the Balloon Room, there is always another balloon to substitute the style/theme you want! Just ask your Customer Service Representative. RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER ·NO RETURNS will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number. For a Return Authorization Number (RA), please call (800) 494 - 0092 and speak to a Customer Service Representative. ·Unauthorized returns will be discarded. ·For non-balloon items, all warranties are limited to the manufacturer's warranty. ·Manufacturer defective balloons must be returned within 30 days. A copy of the invoice must accompany the return. ·Defects are verified and a credit will be issued to the customer's account. The Balloon Room reserves the right to make final decisions on whether a foil balloon has been mishandled, and whether a credit will be issued. All mishandled foil balloons will be discarded. 1. Flatten the balloon completely by inserting a straw into the neck of the balloon to release helium or air. DO NOT CUT OR PUNCTURE THE BALLOON. 2. Mark the defective area with a black marker. 3. Include a copy of your invoice showing purchase of defective merchandise. 4. Call customer service for a RA Number and write the number on the outside of the box. Returns without a Return Authorization Number will be discarded. 5. Return to: The Balloon Room 3700 Lightner Road Vandalia, OH 45377 · Seasonal or sale merchandise is not subject to return except for manufacturer defects. Defective seasonal merchandise must be returned within (5) five working days after the end of the holiday. Defective sale merchandise must be returned within ( 10) ten days of receipt. ·Clearance merchandise is non-returnable. Neither The Balloon Room or the manufacturer will replace balloons that: 1. Have been overblown (evidence by jagged tears). 2. Have been cut, punctured (holes), taped or glue attached. 3. Appear to be faded or used. 4. Have been improperly handled at the tab (torn,cut off, or missing). 5. Show signs of improper heat sealing. 6. Have been inflated with improper equipment. Self-sealing foils must be inflated with an automatic shut off valve (regulator). Use of a rubber tipped regulator, commonly used for latex inflation, may damage seal, by allowing too much pressure at one time (blowing the seal). Foils damaged in this manner will not be considered for credit. Returned balloons that show any of the above unacceptable return factors, or balloons not purchased from The Balloon Room will be discarded. Balloon Room reserves the right to make the final decision on whether a foil balloon has been mishandled and whether a credit will be issued. INDIVIDUAL LATEX BALLOONS ·Individual latex balloons are not guaranteed by the manufacturer. If you have a bag of defective latex balloons, contact The Balloon Room's Customer Service or instructions on returning the entire bag . Individual balloons are non-returnable. For non defective return merchandise, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. All non-defective merchandise must be: 1. In its original packaging. 2. Be deemed re-sellable. • Returns must be made within (5) five days of purchase. • Copy of Invoice. Call for a Return Authorization Number before returning any non-defective merchandise. ·Non defective equipment is not subject to return. ·Educational books and videos are non-returnable. ·Non-defective, seasonal merchandise is non- returnable. ·Clearance merchandise is non-returnable ·Special order merchandise that is not defective, is non-returnable. All orders are double checked for accuracy before shipping. All claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.
