Q: Is there a minimum order quantity?

A: There is no minimum dollar purchase required. However, there is a small quantity minimum on the following sizes :
2" - 20" - 5 per style
21" - 23" - 3 per style
24" or larger - 1 per style

Q: How late can I place an order and have it shipped the same day?

A: Orders placed before 4:00pm (EST) Monday thru Thursday will be shipped the same day. Any orders received after 4:00pm (EST) Monday thru Thursday will ship next business day. Orders placed before 2:00pm(EST) Friday will be shipped the same day. Any orders receiced after 2:00pm (EST) Friday will ship on the next business day. •Q: How long will it take to receive my order once it is shipped?

A: Call (800-494-0092) and ask for the Shipping Department, they will be able to tell you exactly when your package is due to arrive.

•Q: Do I have to be in business to purchase from The Balloon Room?

A: No. However, you will not be able to register for a Wholesale account if you are not a business in the Balloon, Floral, or Gift industry with a valid TaxID#. You may purchase items online at the prices posted.

•Q: How much helium is needed for an 18 inch foil balloon?

A: An 18 inch foil balloon needs .5 cubic feet of helium.

•Q: How many 18 inch balloons will a standard helium tank fill?

A: Approximately 400

•Q: Can 4 inch, 9 inch and 14 inch foil balloons be filled with helium and do they float?

A: No. Anything less than 18 inches requires AIR inflation ONLY and will not float. These are not self sealers, they must be heat sealed

•Q: What is the average floating time of a standard 11 inch or 12 inch Latex Balloon?

A: 8 - 12 hours unless treated with Hi-Float®. Hi-Float® can extend the floating time by days or weeks, depending upon whether you use Ultra or Super Hi-Float®. Ask our Customer Service Representatives about this water soluble plastic that coats and dries inside a balloon!
